About

Step back in time and join me on a journey to rediscover the food that was dished up on your mum's best Pyrex plates when you were a kid.

But be warned; this is no faux vintage cupcake fest. There will be no charmingly chipped china teapots, no fluffy whipped frosting and unicorn sprinkles, and definitely no bunting. We're going back to a time when Vienetta was the height of sophistication and avocado was just the colour of your bathroom suite.

Acceptable in the 80s (and the 70s, and beyond), this is the food of your childhood in all of its resplendent shades of brown. It looked disgusting. It probably is. But doesn't nostalgia taste good?
